Instead, we act as agents and connect you with licensed minicab/Chauffeur offices for your transportation needs. 5. "PHO T and C" refers to the terms and conditions pertaining to the PHO, in addition to the usual terms adhered to when making the reservation.

6. "Card" refers to either a credit card or a debit card—that you utilize to pay for the booking.

7. "Amount" refers to your preferred direct payment method for the driver or PHO.

8. "Card Costs" refers to the extra fees that apply when you use a card to pay for the service.

9. "Particulars" refers to the specifications you must give while making a reservation for a service, such as a pickup day and time, the address, and other private information.


Information

  • "Charges" refers to the fare you pay for your journey.
  • "Luggage" refers to the luggage that may be transported in the Chauffeurcab, in accordance with reservations made through the Internet.
  • "Trip" refers to the whole journey, from the places you agreed to be picked up and dropped off.

    Our Booking Rights

    The "Airport Local Chauffeurs" has the right to review any material on this website that is available and to correct any typographical or pricing mistakes. You have the right to revoke your offer if these problems are brought to your attention, and any fees you have already paid for the booking service will be returned to you. You should fully understand that "Airport Local Chauffeurs" is only a middleman who connects you with the PHO and that it will take any complaints over the PHO's services. If there are any legal options, "Airport Local Chauffeurs" will act immediately rather than the PHO.

    Using Prepay by Card

    When you choose to prepay by card for a reservation, "Airport Local Chauffeurs" is in charge of collecting the fee. Additionally, all card cost settlements will be completed at the same time. Due to the fact that the PHO will be used as a PHO booking agent, payment in advance is required.

    Your Approval

    Once you agree to the terms of the reservations and the PHO determines that they are appropriate, the PHO will inform the business to approve the contract and therefore provide services between you and the PHO via other ways, making sure that the website is the only place where the services are fully used.


    Payment

    1- Using the Pay by Card Option

    When you select the "Pay by Card" option, you are required to finish the payment at the time of service reservation. On the other hand, selecting the "Pay by Cash" option will make it possible for you to pay the driver directly.

    2- Payment Receipt

This is to certify that the transaction was completed successfully, and it also contains a link that enables the redemption of a VAT receipt for "Airport Local Chauffeurs" fees. In these circumstances, you must speak directly with the PHO to acquire the necessary charges' VAT receipt.

    d. Some Transaction Data will be retained for 6 years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to in accordance to our legal obligations as a limited company, at the end of which period it will be deleted from our systems.


    3- Payment for Additional Requirements


    Your contribution will not be sufficient to cover your additional needs, such as a child's seat. Additionally, if you select a big cab without providing any information about your luggage, you will need to pay a little surcharge that must be given to the driver directly. However, it is entirely up to you whether to tip the driver. If you want to take a different route than what is listed on the webpage, you must pay an additional fee to the PHO.

    4- VAT Tax

    In order to be crystal clear, all quotes provided by "Airport Local Chauffeurs" contain VAT tax, which is a set fee.


    5- Promo Code

    Only one promotional code or discount offer may be used for each reservation made for a single customer. The same holds true for any contest that Airport Local Chauffeurs runs.     Insurance

    Canceling of bookings and refunds

    You will have full authority to implement the cancellation of bookings made via the website.

    If you choose to cancel your reservation for cabs carrying 8 or fewer passengers, more than 25 minutes (until and unless otherwise specified on the verification page and the booking confirmation email), before the specified time, your payment will be fully refunded; however, if you chose to pay by card, this is exempt from any card costs.

    If the cancellation is made less than 25 minutes prior to the scheduled time for a cab carrying 8 or fewer passengers (until otherwise noted on the confirmation page and the booking confirmation email), you will not receive a refund even if you paid with a credit card, and if you were required to pay with cash, you will not be permitted to use "Airport Local Chauffeurs" in the future.

    If you choose to cancel your reservation for cabs carrying 9 or fewer passengers, your payment will be fully refunded one week (until & unless otherwise specified on the verification page and the booking confirmation email) before the specified time, except for any card fees. Even if you pay the cost with a credit card, you won't receive a refund if you cancel your reservation for a cab that can accommodate 9 or fewer passengers less than one week in advance (until and until otherwise noted on the verification page and the booking confirmation email).

    Refund Policy for Arriving Late

    If the PHO does not arrive at the agreed-upon pickup location within 15 minutes of the agreed-upon time, or in less than 30 minutes if the pickup location is far away, such as an airport, and if you have not fully utilized the PHO for the trip, you will receive a full refund that includes the cost of the card. On the other hand, you must now make additional selections if you paid with a credit card. Once the PHO arrives at the pickup location beyond the scheduled time, it is entirely up to you whether to keep the reservation or cancel it. Anyhow, there will be no compensation.


    Authority of PHO

    The PHO is entitled to cancel your reservation if they are unable to locate you at the verified pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. Additionally, you won't receive a refund for whatever you've already paid for the card. On the other side, if the PHO waits longer than 15 minutes or the agreed-upon period, you will be required to pay an additional sum as waiting parking fees, which must be paid directly to the PHO.

    Reservation in Advance

    For reservations booked in advance, any refunds issued due to cancellations or complaints will be applied straight to the credit card you used to make your purchase. This process typically takes seven business days, or working days from Monday through Friday.

    Warranty and exclusion of liability:

    It is evident that the license has been approved by licensing higher authorities because "Airport Local Chauffeurs" has been validated by the PHO. However, "Airport Local Chauffeurs" is not responsible for verifying such validates, so please contact the PHO based on your own verification if you have any questions.

    Delay in timings

    In situations where the pickup or drop-off times are delayed, the PHO is unable to reach the location in full, or the PHO is unable to provide the services that have previously been agreed upon, "Airport Local Chauffeurs" is not responsible

    Our Role

    You can expressly declare such situations if they are connected to the terms or if you think you have a claim against PHO's failure. When PHO fails, "Airport Local Chauffeurs" is not liable for any consequential damages, indirect harm, financial damages, or other losses you may sustain. "Airport Local Chauffeurs" takes into account all the obligations under their conditions, and if any further problems arise (in addition to the claims stated in the contract), they are restricted to £500.

    Legislation

    All guarantees, conditions, and terms that are part of the legislation or common law and that are implemented in accordance with the law are expressly included in these terms. The consumer legislation is likewise governed by the PHO's liability in situations like fatalities or injuries brought on by carelessness, thus there is nothing in this section that may be omitted.

    Delay Due to Problematic Situations

    The anticipated travel times and the time of arrival provided by "Airport Local Chauffeurs" on its official website are only to be viewed as indicative and are not taken into account in situations like traffic jams, weather conditions, and the route chosen by the PHO. However, it is entirely your responsibility to plan ahead and be at your location in plenty of time so that you don't miss your train, flight, appointment, or anything else.

    Status Update

    With regard to your reservations, "Airport Local Chauffeurs" will send you status updates via email and text message. However, Airport Local Chauffeurs" cannot guarantee that these updates will arrive on time and is not liable for any losses that may result from email or text message delivery delays.

    Effect of the Clauses

    There will be a detailed explanation of each sub-clause supplied here, along with additional requirements. However, despite the terms' termination or any other events that would change them, these clauses shall remain in effect.

    Behavior:

    PHO has a set of guidelines that will be adhered to, and they also have the authority to cancel the trip if required. These only apply if your actions pose a danger to the driver or the vehicle due to unruly behavior. However, "Airport Local Chauffeurs" or PHO is in no way liable for any additional costs brought on by you. Alcohol use is definitely prohibited for passengers while they are traveling. PHO may also reject applicants who were under the influence of an alcoholic drink or a drug.

    Limitations and exclusions:

    PHO is not liable for carrying or delivering: Priceless items like jewelry, cash or securities, or anything worth more than £50.

    Anything that harms the environment or people, including goods or items that are harmful or dangerous. According to the provision, PHO is not directly or indirectly liable for any damages for anything that could be proclaimed in transit.

    Without any bias towards the terms, PHO will not be liable for any of the following:

    1. Consequence loss (which includes both loss and profit)

    Causing loss or damage to any items as a result of the PHOs or one of its workers' carelessness. Without any preconceived notions, the following events are not our direct or indirect responsibility: damage, accidents, or unfavorable weather.

    2. Anything that is not done by the passengers.

    Any non-violent scenario that cannot be managed by the PHO (such as fires, natural catastrophes, curfews, and a few other things), acts of terrorism, military operations, civil wars, or anything else that falls within government jurisdiction.

    3. Unfavorable weather conditions, accidents, or breakdowns.

Responsibility for damage or loss of property extends only to the exclusion of death and physical injury.

    Disputes:

    You can speak with the PHO directly if there are any service-related problems, and they will be rectified within 24 hours of the time's confirmation.

    If the PHO has not resolved the issue, you may contact "Airport Local Chauffeurs" directly by clicking contact. You may also submit an email to [email protected]within 72 hours after the time's confirmation. Otherwise, whatever you bring to our attention will be rejected.

    The "Airport Local Chauffeurs" will choose a third party to whom the ultimate settlement will be made if they are unable to resolve your problems.

    Any conflicts involving the PHO or "Airport Local Chauffeurs" are not the PHO's responsibility, and neither are any losses or damages resulting from anything connected to the disputes.
